    Hi i just got a acer aspire 3003lc from a friend and the keyboard wont work at all, the touchpad does. I contacted acer and they said it sounds like a hardware fault but want to charge me the earth to fix it. Anyone know any other way this could fixed. i ordered a new keyboard hoping that might work before i spoke to them. Can anyone help me please,,,

    We'll see what happens when the new keyboard arrives. I remember that model/chassis and replacing a keyboard should be easy.
