hi guys, my sister is having problems with her laptop - model is in the thread name

basically the power adapter is being very temperamental, and doesn't work all the time

yes, we have checked that it is plugged in,
yes, we have checked that the adapter is pushed all the way into the transformer,
and yes, we have tried another power adapter (for the same laptop)

because she can't charge the laptop, when she turns it on, and the power adapter is working, it sometimes turns itself off when she moves, or the cable moves.

basically, I wanted to know if anyone knows the problem, and to see if anyone can help me to fix it

    thanks
