    Hi all
My acer laptop is working great
but today when I open it and turn it on
I seem I have a great problem with the battery
this battery is giving me this error:
The laptop can't turn on without the charger
When I put the charger then it worked but down in the lower taskbar it gave this message:
    62%(plugged in,not charging)
when I removed the battery it said: No battery is found
So what I notice that the battery is working but then what is the problem?

    Hi,

this could be a faulty battery or charging circuitry.
In case your laptop is still covered by warranty, then contact Acer support for advice.

    I don't think so.
Get an older Bios version from Acer support website and see if you can flash it.
