    Guys,
Don't know where to go... I know you can help me..
I have Aspire 3820TG, bought Nov. 10 last year. And only last week, my laptop went dead.. No lights, no indication that it is plug-in even with battery and adapter attached. I went already to a repair shop and found out that there's no problem with my battery and power adapter.

My laptop is running 100% in good condition before it won't turn on. The last thing I remember is, I was deleting some files accessing the other pc thru my network places. Then my laptop hanged before finishing the task.. I turned off my laptop and a pop-up window appeared..something informing me of "force shutdown" I don't remember the exact phrases.. After that, my pc won't start anymore.. As in dead without any indicator lights.. :(

Pls help me fix my laptop..

If it doesn't start with a battery (and no power cord) and with a power cord but no battery, and has no status lights on and at the same time you have confirmed that both PSU and battery are OK, it's time to RMA it.
