    Hi all

Recently I bought a replacement screen for my Acer Timeline 4830 laptop (old screen had a crack)

I purchased this one, matching the screen I had:
Amazon.com : INNOLUX BT140GW03 V.2 Laptop LCD Screen Compatible Replacement 14.0" WXGA HD LED : Laptop Computer Replacement Screens : Computers & Accessories

For some reason, they shipped me this one:
Amazon.com: IVO M140NWR1 LAPTOP LCD SCREEN 14.0" WXGA HD LED DIODE (SUBSTITUTE REPLACEMENT LCD SCREEN ONLY. NOT A LAPTOP ): Computers & Accessories

But all the specs of the screens match, so perhaps they're interchangeable? But here's my issue: when installing the new screen, the backlight turns on (screen goes from pitch black to dark blue) but no image appears. When switching back to my old screen it shows the image still

Does anybody know what my issue is? Thanks!
