    Acer Aspire 4935G HELP!!!!!

    i have an Acer Aspire 4935G-864G32Mn and there's a music touchpad on the right of the keyboard. i have no problems with the volume control but d Play, Stop, Forward and Rewind portions are totally unresponsive! it would work sometimes, but thats only SOMETIMES.

    what problem could it be? would appreciate any help!

    Do you still have all the ACER e software? Do you have the Launch Manager installed? What OS is the laptop running?

    nt really efficient with all tis computer stuff, so correct me if my ans is not wad ure lookin for.

    hmm, software? i didnt get any cd, but d empowering technology thingy was already inside when i bought the lappie.

    yupp, the launch manager is installed.

    running on Windows Vista.
