Hi, wondering if anyone can help. Just got this laptop for daughter to take to uni. One of the things she liked about it was the scroll volume control at the right of the keyboard, however It no longer seems to work - the 'hold' button is permenantly illuminated & we've tried allsorts to get it off so the volume control can be used again. Might it have been something I've disabled while setting up the laptop?

Any advise would be gratefully received, thanks.

The hold button is a bit like a lock key to stop the controls being pressed accidentally - on the link you posted it's part of item 11 on the top view of the laptop - the volume control works by scrolling your finger up or down the scale on the right. Sorry if I'm not being much help
