Acer Aspire 5003 problems .....

I have just recently purchased the ACER Aspire 5003WLMi model laptop.
I have discovered that the laptop came with a defective and faulty battery pack. I have contacted ACER and the Computer store which sold me the computer. ACER is totally unable to help, as they do not have any battery packs for this model, and the computer store doesn't either, so bottom line is, I'm stuck with a brand new laptop which is unable to function wireless.

Has anyone had this problem with ACER?

And does anyone know how I find a battery for this laptop ??

 

try phone acer agian, maybe you got a bad tecnition etc. when i called acer i never had any problems with there support, if the computer is under 2 weeks take it back to the store, if not all you can do is phone acer.

if things are going really bad over the phone(last resort), call them on false advertising, because they say the support there hardware, and batteries are included in that.

if they offer to give you a replacement take it, but i don't think they will take that.
