    Hi,
Could you help me to choose between Acer Aspire 5024WLMi & 9104WLMi!!
    Here are the specs
    5024:
    Turion 64 Mobile ML-34 1.80
    RAM 1024 (2x512)MB DDR
    128MB ATI Mobility X700
    HDD 100 GB

    9104:
    Centrino Pentium M (Dothan) 760 2.0
    1024 (2x512)MB DDR
    ATIĀ® X600 128MB
    HDD 100 GB

The price for them is almost the same

    Thanks

The Turion is the way to go if you like to game alot, but if you play games moderately and play low graphics games, then the 9104 will get you more battery life.

If its cost to performance, the Turion will be a better deal!

I'd say the 5024 regardless. It has a better video card and a 64bit processor. Centrino is only 32 bit.

For gaming and multimedia + best value/features, Aspire 5024 hands down.

    Thanks all for your advice!!!

    I will buy it either in Ireland ( www.elara.ie 5024 for 1420euros) or in Poland ( www.atom-pc.pl 9104 for 1500 euros).
It looks like I am going to buy 5024 so it will be Ireland eventually.

If you know any place I could buy one of these cheaper, or any laptop with similar power and price that you would recommend please let me know.

    Thanks

keep in mind, 1500 euros = 1800 bux...

dunno if the 5024 acer is worth 1800.. though i am confused that its not released in the US..

i googled it btw, and found places in england that sell it for roughly 1400 bux..
now if that notebook was here in states, ide buy it.
