    Acer Aspire 5100 Wont Restore Need Help

    Hi I cant get my computer to restore
    I try to burn the restore disks and it wont burn them it says error code 3 but then I am able to burn the drivers disk. When I go to the next menu and hit restore it turns my computer off and starts it back up and thats it nothing else and also the alt+f10 wont work at all This is on an Acer Aspire 5100 Vista Laptop. I already have back up made of all of my files so now I just need to get it restored to factory settings due to an issue I have been having with it while I try to do certain tasks the computer freezes up alot. I have searched similar issues to mine and tried what they said but nothing seems to work.
