    Acer Aspire 5100 external display problem

    Hi,

    I have Acer Aspire 5100 laptop. When I wanted to give presentation by a projector or extrenal display medium, I tried to press Fn+F5, but it didn't work. I tried it several times and no answer. Then I shutdown the laptop and then connected the external display cable and then started the laptop and this time it went to external display. but this is not very bad practice for a software professional. Is there any body who have encountered the same problem before and solved the problem? Then please help me.
