Okay I've drove myself crazy trying to find out how to fix my computer. It belonged to my sister and then she bought her a new one and gave this one to me. Her friend who told her he knew a lot about computers tried to reformat it and now when loading it will shut off. I can get it to load up to windows xp screen but I may be in the middle of doing something and poof there it goes again. I have researched this until I'm blue in the face and am wondering if any of you might have any suggestions. When my sister first got it, it had Windows XP Media Center Edition on it. I tried to go back to factory settings but he completly destoryed that option as well. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
