Hi all,
I have problem with my laptop. I switched on my laptop in the morning and I check my emails, and the screen just go blank.
I did connect the laptop to a different monitor with VGA but nothing appear. I decide that is probably my graphics card.
My video card is build in the motherboard and there is no way to replace it. The question is can I add external graphics card and use it again or I have to buy new laptop. I know my laptop is old but I love it and I don't want to see it go.
If anybody know something that I can try to find out if it is really the graphics card please let me know.
Thanks all

You can't replace an integrated card or add another one (at least not in an easy way).
I'm not sure if it's a GPU issue though- does the system start at all in the background (HDD working), do you get any BIOS beeps (error codes)?
It's possible that the mobo is dead and there's no point in even considering anything but a replacement (or a new notebook if a new mobo is too expensive) -
The laptop is working ok. When I switched on the windows is loading and running properly. I have Skype which is on automatic when you switch on the laptop. I ring from different computer and is ringing just you cannot see nothing. I check the display cables and they are connected properly.
There is no beeps from BIOS.
