    Attention Acer Aspire 5315 Owners:

This thread is for you guys to talk about your 5315. You want to "display" the achievements you made on your 5315. Go ahead! It doesn't matter what you put on here, as long as it relates to your Acer Aspire 5315.

Well, let me start with some grunting :p

While the Laptop runs perfectly well games like Guild Wars that are recent games, it runs really slowly games like Phantasy Star Online that has 6 years xD

Thinking about downgrading from Vista to XP. Is it worth it?

Yes and No. But you'd be better off dual-booting.

There is no sense in making an Owner's Lounge without adding appropriate info regarding that specific notebook....Bah !!
    (Same for the 4315 thread)

I say you just wipe vista and install xp ontop like I did after dualbooting for about 2 months. And yes you can install vista after xp, but not the recovery partition vista, only one from a retail DvD.

Also, since there is an Owners lounge now, look how fast my 5315 boots on teh stock Celeron 1.73ghz and 1gb RAM

By the way, is the Intel Pentium D (Dual Core) suported in the 5315? Or only the Celeron M and the C2D?
