hey guys i managed to pick up one of these laptops locally very cheap with needing a new repairs, jack needs done the bit on the bottom to push to get the lid to open and a new lid but its still going to be cheap after parts, but after lookin about and since it was cheap i thot i might aswell upgrade it a bit the single core is a bit lacking (main machine is a core i7 990x oc'd 4.4 12gb 2133ram 256gb sata3 SSD)

so what im thinkin about is what cpu's will i be able to upgrade to, running the 1.45 BIOS? ive seen a T5450 sittin locally for £4 im thinkin its a risk at that cheap?
