I bought my Aspire 5515 laptop a few months ago, and now the webcam and touchpad are having issues. I can get the webcam program open, but there's no picture, and when I try to use it on, say, MySpace, it says there's no webcam detected. Also, the touchpad can move the cursor, but when I tap on it to click on something, nothing happens. What can I do? I've already tried reinstalling the drivers, and that didn't work.

I had the same problem with mine when I took Vista out and installed XP Pro. What I ended up doing was to go to Acer and down load the drivers for my comp. then reinstalled XP then the Acer drivers no more problems.
