It's sade that I need to know things about BIOS and other things to make this work. If you're good at laptops then plz help me.
    I would be very greatful!

Well, both CPUs are socket S1( check the specifications) so it should work IF the BIOS support it, which I believe it DOES(there is a TL-66 fix implemented in the earlier versions which means it does support TL-66 and from that I assume it does support all TL-6x CPUs).
So apart from buying the CPU, you'll need to update your BIOS to the latest and just swap the CPUs. Keep in mind I'm not an AMD user and I might be wrong. You can get the latest BIOS update from here.

Thanks a lot, I'll try. Do I have to download the latest BIOS before or after I change Cpu?

You have to download&install the latest BIOS BEFORE the swap. Of course if you want to play it safe I suggest you try to change the CPU without BIOS flash. If it works - good for you, no BIOS update needed. If it doesn't work than you'll have no choice but put the old CPU back and update your BIOS.

Caution: Make sure your laptop is plugged in and not running on battery only. Make sure you close ALL the other programs before the BIOS flash. Keep in mind if your computer hangs or something during the BIOS update you probably won't be able to recover it!

    What BIOS should I choose if I have TL-68? v1.33 or v.32?

Well, it's always recommend to go for the latest version(especially for BIOS updates) UNLESS there is a known problem with it...

Do you know where to get the AMD TL-68 an cheap as possible? The lowest price I've found so far is $347.99 on Buy.com

For mobile CPUs I suggest ebay, no matter the CPU will be used. You can get it like 3-4 times cheaper than buying it from retailer.

Well, as I can see. The TL-68 is just as expencive there as it is on buy.com but the TL-66 is much cheaper! It's not that much diffrence between the 66 and 68, right?
If I buy the 66, do I have to upgrade my BIOS? I I currently have v1.30, does it support?

    Thanks for helping me :D

I can't possibly know what BIOS version what CPUs support, and I doubt anyone but the ACER techs know that ;)

TL-66 and TL-68 are pretty much the same so I'd go for whatever is cheaper here. You definitely won't notice the difference.
