I was just wondering for anyone who has this model if they are having the same issue as me. It appears that my right side USB ports don't work. I connect my external HDD to one of them and it turns on, start autoplay, but then after a short time it just shuts off the USB ports. So the only USB ports that work are the ones on the left side of the notebook. Does anyone know a solution to this problem. Thanks in advanced for your help.
