Hi :D!! I have a problem with my laptop. I bought him almost a year ago, acer aspire 5530g AMD turion x2 dual core,2.0 ghz,1mb cache, ATI mobilitiy radeon HD 3470 hybrid x2 256MB, 4gb DDR2 ram, 320gb HDD.
couple a days ago, I noticed that my battery lifeline is 3-10 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!! until now it was ok, about an hour-45 minutes, but now it's just a couple of minutes. I put him on power saver power plan and turn of wlan but he goes dead anyway. Is this normal with my laptop or what?? did someone else had that problem??
    thx! ;)

You are not alone. I bought same laptop over a year ago (september 2008) in Rijeka (HG spot), and just when one year guarantee expired, my baterry went dead, just like yours. It holds power about 3-10 minutes, then dies. I bought new battery over eBay, for 58$ from China, and guess what battery looks the same, but has 8 cells, 4800 mAh, so far so good. Pozdrav

I have a Acer 5535 that is having the same type of problem. It has taken 2 weeks of emails with Acer Support for them to replace a 6 month old battery. I hope this one works
