    Hi.
I am having trouble with my keyboard. When I try to type a question mark, É shows up. And when I try to type a quote mark, nothing show unless I press the key twice and then `` shows up. There are a couple of other keys that do similar things. When I reboot the computer, everything returns to normal. Can anyone tell me if I am turning on some setting accidentally and how to turn it off, or is the machine done forÉ
    Thanks.

    OK. I figured it out.
Hold the left ctrl and press the right shift will toggle between the two keyboard systems.
