So the fan hasn't been working on my laptop for the last 5 days and I have no idea what to do about it.

What do you think has happened? Is there information I can give to help, All i remember is the laptop making a strange noise the other day and then I had to restart the PC and I saw a message about hardware not being installed.(i'm not great with computers).

It gets extremely hot whenever turned on+charging battery. nearly 90C. Is the laptop gonna die completely soon if this continues. Only bought it a year ago.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Don't use it if the fan is dead and RMA it.
It can (and probably will) die on you if used without proper cooling.

Already spoke to place I bought it from, said my warranty had just run out.

Should I take it to a PC expert? Is there absolutely no solutions to fix it myself?

    Thanks in advance again.

You can replace the fan yourself.
Here's a service manual for your laptop with FRU list and disassembly instructions.

What you need to do is find a proper fan on ebay and replace it.
