    Acer Aspire 5551-2468 Battery Problem

    I own this Acer Aspire 5551-2468. It was sent to me by my sister from Canada. It's not even a year old and now the battery is not charging fully. It first stopped at 89%... then I unplugged it and drained... charged it again and still the same thing happened. Now it is down to 85%... it stops there then says not charging. I tried to use a little then charge again but still the same... Does any of you encountered this problem? Maybe you have some solution for this. I would appreciate it very much if you can help me out :-(

    This is a known problem with 5551 (see here)
    You (or your sister) need to demand a replacement battery from Acer Canada or buy another one.
    If I remember correctly battery is under warranty for 6 months only so getting a new one out of Acer may be a problem.
