Hi, currently i am using Acer Aspire 5551AWXMi. I have some problems with e-power management. I couldn't launch the program at all, hence unable to change my settings for my battery.

When i worked on my laptop using my battery, there isn't any warning when battery is nearing to 0%. All my data will be lost as it will shutdown itself due to no power supply. :(

When I first bought it, everything was still working. It was after some windows update that caused this problem.. anyone have similar problems? any suggestion to how to fix my e-power management? i'm using windows xp by the way...

Going to the control panel>power options don't work either. Double click on it, nothing appears.. what should i do?

Try reinstalling the software, or using a 3rd party program like rmclock or notebook hardware control.
