    I've just try:
    - clean the notebook
    - format
    - change windows Version
    - change drivers
    and then...

Open the notebook to check Cable.
and > Buy a NEW LCD on EBAY and try to mount it.
Now i've got the new Panel but the problem is still here.
    Have you got any Idea?

I'd say it's a GPU problem since you ave tried it with an external monitor. Do you know what the temperature of the GPU is, both idle and load?

I recommend that you replace the GPU, if possible, or send it back to Acer for repair if it's still under warranty. If it isn't, then you may have to pay for a replacement.

if there is no problem on external monitor your GPU is fine. The issue is your LCD monitor... and more than likely the cable that runs to the the monitor. Check the connections on the motherboard itself and see if this will fix your issue.

It will require you to take your laptop keyboard + bezel out to get to the actual components. Do a google search for your laptop model + teardown guide.
