    Hi

I hope someone can help. I've had an Aspire 5630 for about three years and its just started a buzzing noise at the back left of the laptop. Could someone tell me what the problem could possibly be and more importantly how to mend it? Any help would be most gratefully received.

    Marina

I have almost the same problem. I've used the RMClock to solve it. You need just to install and to configure it.

there is a throttle in voltage converter for CPU power supply. Sometimes this throttle is buzzing. So changing the cpu operating mode using RMClock we can solve this problem. Dell 1330 has the similar problem. How to configure RMClock utility is described in this article: RMClock
There are a lot of screenshots, so it will be easy to configure. Note that the article describes two methods of configuring: simple (for newbies) and advanced (for advanced users). This utility also helps to decrease the maximal CPU temerature

PS sorry for my english :)
