This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    My Up scroll button doesn't work (even though the other 3 directions work!)

    Called technical support, they seem to think its a software problem... likely story...

    try to reinstall the drivers from acer (7.12.13) then reboot, then download the latest from synaptics (8.3.4) and install, reboot and see if works
