So recently I've been having issues with my keyboard/touchpad, not sure where the fault is.

Mainly happens when I'm on the internet, but when I'm typing or scrolling down the page using the down key, something happens which is similar to pressing TAB and my focus is drawn to the URL bar and my bookmarks and it'll keep on flashing between them all (as if I'm holding down TAB) until I click somewhere else on the screen.

I've tried typing when the touchpad is off and it still does it, and I've taken off the UP Arrow, DOWN Arrow and TAB keys and cleaned underneath again to no avail.

    - Have done a system restore to 22nd May, when I've only had the issue since early June.

    - Have un-installed the keyboard and mouse drivers 2 or 3 times.

    - Have tried this: http://www.techspot.com/community/t...up-and-remove-old-usb-storage-drivers.145884/ and during the process, when the command prompt window came up, without typing the third time trying this ( http://gyazo.com/2a25ad05081c62682c42f855ca4bc3da.png?1339190042) came up, which is the same as pressing CTRL + Z.

    Any ideas? Please :D

I don't have your notebook model but usually doing basic maintenance solves certain pesky issues. Try clearing out all of the junk files that build up over time.

Reboot your notebook and press F8 during the bios screen to enter safe mode. On the start menu search box, type 'disk cleanup' or search for it in the utilities menu. Check every box and wait until its finished (do it twice).

I would also just run a virus scan of the entire system since you're already in safe mode.
