    Guys there's an Acer Aspire 5750G in the market with Nvidia 540 GPU. Any reviews yet?

    Nope. Chassis like on the TimelineX but full of cheap plastik.

    Quick hint: All laptops are full of plastic. And the ones with metal subframes fail just as often.

    my msi has real metal parts as well as some of the acers (ethos)

    yeah it looks like it the successor of the 5742G, looks good though, I'm really looking forward hearing about the display though..... acer sucks big time with displays
    Otherwise: USB3.0 ! finally!, i5-2410M, 4GB DDR3, 750GB HDD, GT 540M /hopefully with some overclock potential/, for €699, petty good deal

    im trying to find similar config in 4750G but no luck....

    One more thought: Also since no eSATA port, it uses only 2 SATA3 connection /ODD,HDD/, so it might not be affected by the Intel Sandy Bridge chipset problems
