I just bought an Aspire 5810TZ pre-installed with Windows Vista. The first-time startup and setup for Windows Vista is suppose to take about 30 minutes. It stops after about one minute with the ACER ERECOVERY MANAGEMENT ASKING TO SELECT A LANGUAGE. (ENGLISH is already selected and I would like to find a way to press CONTINUE without a mouse --- I got an old mouse WHICH IS not USB)

Can't you use the built-in touchpad?

If you HAVE TO use the keyboard press the Tab key and keep pressing until the continue button is highlighted, then press the Space or Enter key.
