    I've just got a 5920-6A3G16Mi. It has the Intel GMA X3100. All is good with this.

    I've just been doing a little vista tweaking and noticed some NVIDIA stuff on startup. What are these for. As far as i'm aware i have no NVIDIA hardware. Are these essential (I'm thinking not).

    Are you sure you don't have an NVIDIA GPU ?
    Check the display adapter in device manager....

    No, it says Mobile Intel (R) 965 Express Chipset Family.

    I've disabled them anyway, nothing seems to have happened. Hopefully it will stay like this.
