I recently upgraded my ram from 3GB to 4GB, but Windows 7 32 bits only sees 2.99 GB available.

I know about the 32 bits limitation, but I though I was supposed to see at least 3.5GB since I have a 512MB graphic card.

Is installing Win 7 64 bits worth the trouble? Will I get the full 4GB available or are there any hardware limitations?

    Thanks

You don't need to buy 64-bit Windows 7, your current key will work for both 32 and 64. I would do it, but if you aren't maxing out you memory, there's no need to upgrade.
