I have an Acer 5930 and it was getting very hot. I opened it up to clean the fan which was covered in dust then put it back together and turned it on. After the Acer splash screen there is a 10 second black screen and then "windows is loading files..." comes up, that finishes then the normal windows loading screen comes, completes and then nothing, just a black screen. I have tried everything, F8 for safe mode, alt+f10 for recovery, removing the battery everything I can think, anyone please have any ideas as I really need the laptop up and running for work!
