    They are also for the 8920 models, I suppose. So, does anywone found any? The modem is the only thing that's not officialy supported for x64 version of Vista.

    Agere Systems HDA Modem is reported on Device Manager.
    The Vista 32 drivers from Acer's DVD are these ones - Foxconn Modem Fox+LSI AM5 V2H 1.5_3.3V
    ...

    Try out this link, it has got a few modem drivers....

    I am not sure about the drivers if they are for vista or not....or even for x64 for that matter.. :D but just try 'em out..!!

    There is kind of a difference between agere and foxconn....and acer just shows up with vistax32 driver

    Try this link as well....it has got 2 vistax64 drivers, one for agere and one for foxconn....

    they dont seem to work. my friend has the same laptop and in the same quest for x64, he also tried the acer drivers for different models for the modem, none worked, all bluesceen.

    idk if he tried most of those things posted here, but he did try all x64 drivers for modem in ftp site from acer that he laid his hands on. this was about 3 weeks ago :)
