    Hi All,
I am a dummy with computers and a newbie to this forum,
Have Acer Arcade Delux and PowerDVD9 Ultra ,my Sony Optiarc BD-ROM-BC-5500S will play standard DVDs but when I insert Bluray disc with Acer Arcade an Error message comes up "Saying Runtime Error"This program has requested to terminate in an Unusual way" the player stops and the computer locks up and nothing works apart from diconnecting power and rebooting.
If I open Power DVD then insert disc message say "BluRay disc loading" shows that percent of loading progress gets to 95% then same thing computer locks up.
    Any ideas please
    thank
    Dave

    Hi All,
I have solved my problem, after downloading several times different versions
of Acer Arcade Delux and older versions with the same Runtime Error message,
I have deleted Arcade from my computer and now my Power DVD9 also works correctly and I can play BluRay discs
    Hoorah!!!
