    Acer Aspire 7520 Power Problem

    I have Acer Aspire 7520 with broken video card. I have replaced it with new one and a power problem appears. When I press the power button it flashes once, the fan starts for a second and stops. Do you have any ideas what could have happened and what can I do to fix the problem?
