I got myself a brand new Acer Aspire 7720G and through an Acer spare parts vendor I purchased an alternative keyboard layout. I'm struggling to determine how on earth I can replace the keyboard of this laptop.
The panel right above the keyboard, holding the Acer keys and On/Off button is the one that needs to come off so I already removed two screws I found underneath the battery. Even after doing so, things don't seem to move an inch.
Does anyone have any experience replacing the keyboard of an Acer Aspire 7720G OR would anyone happen to have a Service Manual of this?![]()

Reference I found so far:
--> Got to pay for these ones so if one would be able to share, I'd prefer that instead of course!
