I removed personal information concerning both you and Acer Employee you were in contact with. Replaced with X and Acer Employee in bold respectively.

Try installing v1.45 "MXM Edition" from the x920G vs. 9600M GT thread. If that doesn't fix it, then chances are you have a defective (or vendor-locked) card.

Is the GPU core making contact with the heatsink? If not, you may need a copper shim.

Also, try shorting out the BIOS battery for a few seconds, to reset the CMOS. Although the 7720 stores most of its settings in the NVRAM, the CMOS can still cause problems sometimes.

but, another strange thing happend, the cd worked for like 50 minutes when i got bored and pulled the cable out. Reboot it and now i have a fully functional BIOS mxm version, says that on the screen. The sad part is that the 9500m GS still doesnt work. :(.

The battery is near the volume wheel.

However, shorting the battery will likely only help if the machine is shutting down a few seconds after starting recovery. If the fans don't even spin up (and especially if the power button doesn't flash), then it's a hardware issue.
