I have laptop mentioned above and i cannot upgrade bios so i need help. I downloaded new bios from Acer website and it comes in Winflash.exe file, when i run it program opens and it says "bios flash fail". So i could use some help, some links where to download proper bios for my laptop and a small guide if its not a problem.

    Thank you.

The most recent BIOS for your notebook is 1.26.
Unpack the archive, go to Winflash folder and launch 17CP126.exe file.

NOTE: This is assuming you're flashing within Windows. There's a different procedure for DOS.

So no one can tell me any known reason why i cant flash my bios? Is there a way that there is jumper on motherboard that locks down bios or something like that?

No- there's no such jumper or anything like that.
Try flashing in DOS mode (real DOS not within-Windows command prompt.

Do you mean using the USB in real DOS mode? There is a different procedure for DOS mode. The only other way is the recovery way which is used when a BIOS flash fails and bricks the laptop.
