    Hello,

I got Acer Aspire 7750G and it came DOA. Only blue power LED is on, cpu fan starts spinning but within 2-3 second stops.

I tried to remove disk, replace memory, remove wifi and cdrom -> still same. I even took CPU and tested it in different laptop and it was working fine. I am suspecting MB but since laptop is with Ati 6850 and this chip is mounted to MB than it will be probably costly part.

Problem is that I am currently at country where I do not warranty for it and it is not worthy to play 300$ for shipment of laptop which is 600$.

So all i have right from laptop is working 640GB disk, 4GB ram, i5-2430 and wifi and DVDROM..

That is unfortunate, but you should have considered the cost of RMA before buying the laptop. :(
