    Hey guys...

So I bought this laptop 2 months ago (awesome buy too! Love this laptop..)

So I decided to apply some Artic Silver 5..but when I went to open the back of the laptop..there is all these panels covering up the processor :(..

Does anyone know how to go about removing them? There's several screws, but don't wanna take out ones I don't need to..

    Thanks!

I wannt do same things. Anybody know, where i can download user manual for opening case?

Funnyguy: what is your configuration and your temps?

My temps idle: 50-60° , load 80-100°C and fan is running mostly all the time.

At idle I'm at about 40-45, at load 47-55 with fan on from time to time

I just can't figure out how to remove the secondary plastic piece lol

We need a dedicated forum for 7750g owners. I am really pleased with the price performance ratio of this lappy.

I know this is gonna be a flamebait, but AS5 is no longer top-of-the line, and is not the safest either. For new purchases, go for Shin-Etsu or MX-4.

Understandable, but I bought the AS5 already :(.

I'll give a go at removing everything this weekend I guess.
