    Hello together,
if have read in that Topic from propolkin

For x64 systems: GT200M series drivers
For x86 systems: GT200M series drivers

You`d better buy M5950 or 6770M. These cards are giving much more performance, than GTS250M. The most perfect choice at the moment is M4000 FirePro, but it is expensive and rare

First of all I want to upgrade my v-card. In my NB is the standard card. Propolkin wrote that M4000 Fire Pro is a good choise. Is it only to replace the card and driver update, or must be flashing Bios or something like that? Disambling the NB is not a problem but flashing and stuff like that is not easy for me. Can someone explane or make a tutorial it were very helpful.
    THX

Hello. If you`ve read my messages, than you had to saw, that there are some versions of M4000. Correct choice for you will be M4000 with blue PCB and ROM chip on it. This version is pulled from a DELL laptop - it will be just plug`n`play and driver install with no need to flash vBIOS or sBIOS.

Thx for your answer. Have all the blue pcb the rom chip? I ask because I do not know how a Rom chip looks like. Sorry.

    That are good News :)
Can you take a look at this Thread
Upgrading my Acer Aspire 8935G PartII
I know there are two diffrent Threads, but I have some question, too about CPU Upgrade (T9900 and P9700). Perhaps you can help or give me an advise.

hello propolkin, I have searched for the v-card that you advised me. Now I have found two cards with blue PCB. One is from Dell M4700 removed and the other one from HP 8770W or 8570W. They look like the same but the HP one has red corners under the gpu and the other one not. the HP v-card has Hynics ram and the other one are from Samsung. Can you give me an advise, wich is the right one?

Hello. You should take only that is pulled from DELL. Card pulled from HP will not work as it should. So the right choice for you is DELL M4000. :)

Thank you for the answer. Would this v-card work on a 8940g, too? I ask, because we have two NB. 8935g and 8940g.

Sorry I forgot to ask wich hybrid driver I have to take for 8935G

On 8940G there is a differnt video card slot - MXM type II. On 5739G MXM III Type A. M4000 is not attachable to 8940G. The best thing that you can put on 8940G is FX770M, GT240M MXM II, GT330M MXM II, 4670M MXM II.

    @propolkin,
it sounds strange, because I put the v-card from my 8935G(HD4670M) in, and it runs. As I know, 8935G has MXM Type A. Prevously it was a GTS 250M installed in my 8940G and it was a Type A, too. On MXM Upgrade.com I can see that the v-cards are diffrent between MXM Type A and MXMII. Or have I misunderstood something?
    Thank you for your reply

I was wrong, sorry. Looked at both motherboards - both have MXM III Type A slot. By the way, using some hardware mods you can put some MXM III Type B cards.
