This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I'm looking to buy one of these 2 laptops. Spec wise they are basically the same (aside from the screen size), but I cant find performance reviews to compare them. Is the AS5755G-6841 more upgradeable? wut I mean is, can I add a second HD or replace the dvd with one? Which runs cooler? Is the screen better in one than the other? BTW, I'm a CS/EE student so I'm going to spend lots of time coding, running circuit simulations, or just check research pdf files. I just can't decide which one.
