My knowledge of laptops is basic, so wondering if anyone could put their opinions across on which one is better for what I'm looking for in a laptop.

The two laptops I'm choosing from are:

    Acer Aspire 5710
    Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 - 1.66, 667 MHz FSB
    Mobile Intel® 945GM Express chipset
15.4" WXGA TFT Display With Acer CrystalBrite Technology

    Acer Aspire 7520
    Processor: AMD Athlon TM 64 - 1.7GHz
    NVIDIA® GeForce® 7000M
    17" WXGA+ high-brightness (200-nit) Acer CrystalBrite™ TFT LCD

The other specs of each machine are similar - 80gig hdd, 1gig ram, Wireless Lan, Windows Vista Home Premium, and price is also the same at £400.

Main uses of the laptop will be internet usage, films & music, not that interested in playing games - but going from the spec which seem very similar, which one would give a better performance with games?

Any info & help will be appreciated!

    5710- Most likely better CPU
7520- Better GPU. More suited for games.
    5710- More portable
    7520- Bigger screen.
