I just got a financial aid check and can finally buy a laptop that I've been needing for a long time. At the moment i have a 3-4 year old Vaio desktop that isn't running well.

What do you guys think? Is this a safe buy? Does anyone own or have used one of these computers? I am not too familiar with Acer, other then that they make computers...thanks in advance to any responses.Code:Operating System Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit CPU Type Intel Core 2 Duo T9400 2.53G Screen 18.4" WXGA+ Memory Size 4GB DDR3 Hard Disk 320GB Optical Drive DVD Super Multi Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT Video Memory 1024MB Communication Modem, Gigabit LAN and WLAN Card slot 1 x Express Card Dimensions 17.4" x 11.8" x 1.6-1.7" Weight 9 lbs.
