    Issue
No Display / System will not POST Aspire One AOA.

I encountered this problem on April 1, the dreaded April Fools Day. I could not get my netbook to do anything, however, the USB Ports were working as was the Power Adapter and Battery. Battery was being charged and unit was getting power. Just no Response to anything. But The cure for the problem was found on ACER's Support Pages. The Fix was posted by ACER on 2-25-09, so I guess this is happening to many people if they have a fix for it and the description of the issue fit my situation exactly.

So, if you have these problems. Go Here: http://www.acerpanam.com/synapse/forms/portal20.cfm?recordid=1319&formid=3390&website=AcerPanAm.com&siteid=7117&words=all&keywords=&areaid=2

Follow all instructions and you will be up and running in less than 10 minutes.

All you need is the link above download the file and extract them to a USB Thumbdrive 512MB or Higher in capacity.

    GOOD LUCK!
