I'm new to this forum and I've only joined because I'm struggling to decide if I should buy the acer aspire image.jpg or not ! Some reviewers say it is good and whatnot but I don't know if they are real buyers or just best buy reviews ! Also, some people said it has some wifi problems ! I'm not big in computer, so I need help

Go with the R7-572. $899 with Haswell, 6 hours of battery life, wifi fixed, and an easy upgrade to add an SSD or mSata drive. It really is a great machine, I've had it for about 4 weeks, and can't imagine owning a different machine. And on an airplane? Made movie watching easier than it has ever been! Buy it, enjoy, and let us know what you think.

I got my 571G yesterday, and the screen is fantastic. Absolutely brilliant. The Ezel hinge works great, too. I'm amazing they managed to get it right first time. I'm really pleased with it.

The 572G has a slightly (probably imperceptibly) slower CPU, but the shift across to Haswell means a lot more battery life than the old 571. It also has an active digitiser in the screen, so it can do Proper Stylusey Stuff™ (stylus sold separately, $50 for the Acer one but there's a $40 Sony one that works, too). Those are the only differences. I'm not an artist, and budget meant more to me than battery life, so I took the old one with a hefty discount. :D (Prices are higher in my country, but it was the 571G for $950 or the 572G for $1300).

If you're in the States, there's no 571 G, only the 571, so there won't be a dedicated GT 750M inside. The 572 G is in America, though. Quite a good chip, especially when paired with GDDR5 (as it is in this case).

Edit: worth mentioning that early 571 models had wifi and spacebar issues. Both have been fixed now.
