Acer Aspire V5-572P-6858 first impression. Some problems. Need some advice.

Hi guys! Bought the laptop as a seller refurbished item and have got few issues and question.
1. Mine has damaged USB port. I found out that even without using it while I took the first glance on my laptop. One of the contacts is bent. There is nothing I can do with that I guess.
2. My laptop seems to be deformed or something like that. One of the laptop's legs doesn't touch the ground(table) when the laptop is opened(no problems when it's closed). It's annoying as you can imagine. Does anybody experience the same issue?
3. The laptop is not quite at all. Sometimes the laptop starts being really noisy even if it is on without any activity. Sounds like it has some loud optical drive but it actually doesn't I guess it is a fan as the laptop heats up. But even when it is not in that "super noisy" mode i can still hear some noise. It's never quite. Is it common thing? Is 3d gen i5 so hot?
4. Probably 4Gb of ram is not enough for nowadays. I feel some lagging even while browsing internet or watching some videos. How do people actually check that pc's performance is on the level this configuration is supposed to have?
5. I noticed that changing backlight with shortcuts doesn't work sometimes. Probably some software problem.
6. Touchpad tends to get crazy if you touch it with barely wet hands.
7, I was trying to find out how many charge cycles my battery has. Installed few software utilities. All of them shows battery name AP13B3K. Lithium ion. Isn't it supposed to be lithium pol? I can guess that it is li-pol but software just can't determine that.
Secondly, the software always shows 0 charge cycles. Why is that?
There was 2% of wear level when I received the laptop. After 2 weeks of intensive usage it is 4% now.
Could somebody compare all these battery issues with their laptop?
