    Acer Aspire isass.exe error at boot up

    Hello
    Yesturday i started recieving this error on my computer at the point of start up. It will not go pass the WindowsXp screen. It will start as nomal and suddenly, in the middle of the Windows boot it stops and flashes this error sign that say: Isass.exe - operation failed, The requested operation was unsuccessful. What do I do about this? As mentioned in a another thread, I beleive this may be a virus and I have not backed up my files and do not want to loose them if at all possible. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks :confused:
