    Acer Aspire not booting after cleaning the fan.

    Hi,
    I have stripped my Acer 5750 to clean the fan and repaste, when I put everything back and tried starting, it's not booting, the fan spins and stops, battery gets charged, no BIOS screen or beeping sound, HDD light stays off, I have checked all connections, still no joy.
    Could anyone of you please give me ideas or advice, Thanks.

    Hi,
    My problem solved by inserting sellotape( a bundle of 2mm thickness) between MB and the top cover, long live Acer :thumbsup:
