    Dear all,
    I have just bought a new Aspire Timeline X 4830TG (in France) and the keyboard does not function well. Sometimes it does not function at all and sometimes it writes one letter over and over again without me pressing any key. Also, the windows help programme and taps in the explorer open automatically quite often.

    Anyboday any ideas? I alrady downloaded and installed the chip driver for my laptop but htis didÄt help either.

    return it and get another, sounds like a hardware issue.
